Kepo66 Terms & Conditions — A Guide to Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

References to sections within this document refer to sections of these kepo66 Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.

2Member Eligibility

Use of the kepo66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion period at kepo66 or any related platform.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kepo66 employee.

Kepo66 reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time and may request supporting documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or bank statement for age and identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register a kepo66 account, you will need to complete an online registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. The registration process involves the following steps:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at kepo66. This includes accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or financial information. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances without prior notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

Kepo66 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, or in certain circumstances that require additional verification. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, a bank statement dated within the last three months, and proof of address. The KYC process is typically completed within two business days.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on kepo66 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and AmBank.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name. kepo66 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Kepo66 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Credits are typically processed within 1–3 minutes, depending on the method selected.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your kepo66 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name.
• A first withdrawal for any member may require additional identity verification before it is processed.
• Kepo66 will process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours for regular members, and faster for VIP members depending on membership tier.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet placed on kepo66 is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by our system. You will receive a bet reference number as proof of acceptance. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under specific circumstances as outlined in these terms or on the kepo66 help page.

5.2 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

• Football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, etc.): If a match is played for less than 90 minutes and is not resumed, all bets on that match will be voided, except for markets where the outcome has already been determined.
• Badminton (BWF World Tour, etc.): If a match cannot be completed due to player injury or circumstances beyond anyone's control, bets will be voided unless the market's outcome was already determined before the match was stopped.
• E-Sports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant, etc.): If a match or series is cancelled due to technical reasons or an organiser's decision, all related bets will be fully refunded to members.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting on kepo66 is subject to real-time market availability. kepo66 reserves the right to suspend or freeze in-play markets at any time based on match conditions. Bets accepted prior to a market freeze are valid and cannot be cancelled by the member.

5.4 Odds Errors

If a technical error causes the displayed odds to differ materially from what they should be (for example, clearly unreasonable odds such as 99.0 on a near-certain outcome), kepo66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the member. kepo66 will notify affected members by email within 24 hours.

5.5 Bet Limits

Kepo66 sets different minimum and maximum bet limits depending on the sport, league, and market type. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. When using bonus funds, the maximum bet per match is RM 500 to maintain the integrity of kepo66's bonus system.

6Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions at kepo66 are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• One welcome bonus per member, per phone number, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the rollover requirement has been met.
• Kepo66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Members suspected of abusing the bonus system — including hedge betting to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — may be disqualified from all current and future promotions.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The kepo66 Welcome Bonus of up to RM 1,000 is a 100% match on a new member's first deposit. The applicable rollover requirements are as follows:

• General Deposit Bonus Package: 5x bonus rollover within 30 days.
• Sports Bonus Package: 4x bonus rollover, applicable to sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 only, within 30 days.
• Casino Bonus Package: 6x rollover of the bonus value on slots and casino games within 30 days.
• E-Sports Bonus Package: 4x rollover on the bonus amount, applicable to e-sports bets only with minimum odds of 1.40, within 30 days.

6.3 Other Bonuses

Ongoing promotions such as weekly rebates, reload bonuses, and special tournament promotions each have their own specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply for that promotion.

7Account Security

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their kepo66 account. This includes:

• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone, including kepo66 staff (kepo66 will never ask for your password).
• Always log out of your kepo66 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings, for an added layer of security.
• Report to kepo66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via live chat or email at support@kepo66.best.

Kepo66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. However, where there is strong evidence that an account was accessed without authorisation through no fault of the member, kepo66 will cooperate fully in the investigation and recovery process.

8Limitation of Liability

Kepo66 provides its Sports Betting platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, kepo66 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, kepo66 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the kepo66 platform.
• Damages arising from technical disruptions, software failures, or delays in bet processing that are beyond kepo66's control.
• The outcomes and results of sports and e-sports events wagered on the platform — kepo66 acts solely as a betting facilitator and has no influence over any sporting result.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment providers, banks, or sports event organisers.

Kepo66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Member

Members may close their kepo66 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be processed for withdrawal within three business days. Accounts closed at a member's request cannot be reopened within 30 days.

9.2 Termination by kepo66

Kepo66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the eligibility criteria (underage, not a Malaysian resident, etc.).
• Fraudulent activity or any attempt to manipulate the kepo66 system.
• Holding or using multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.

10Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of kepo66 members' personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which form part of the overall agreement between kepo66 and its members. By using the kepo66 platform, you agree to our data protection practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, kepo66 is committed to:

• All member personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Not to sell or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• To comply with all applicable data protection requirements in Malaysia.
• To provide members with access to their own data and the option to request data deletion in accordance with the established policy.

11Responsible Gambling

• Account Break: Option to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days, without having to close it permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account, with a minimum closure period of six months or one year.

12Terms Amendment & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

Kepo66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the kepo66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia.

12.3 Language

These kepo66 Terms and Conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. Should any translation into another language exist, the Bahasa Melayu version shall be the primary reference in any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
